PRIVATE EVENTS AT OHIO CITY
Our Ohio City Kitchen and Shop is a special place to have your birthday party, baby or bridal shower, business meeting, or other private events. We offer two private rooms to best fit the size of your event. Outside catering and entertainment are welcome.
SELECT YOUR PARTY
Choose between a Scoop Party, Sundae Bar Party, Tasting Party or Birthday Party.
$3.75 single / $2.75 junior / $3.95 taster’s duo / $5.25 double
- Your guests may select any flavor of ice cream and any serving size.
- For parties with fewer than 20 guests, our host will take your order during the event and deliver it to your room.
- If your group is larger than 20 guests, we will take your order prior to your event.
Sundae Bar Party
$7 per guest
- Treat your guests to a self-serve sundae bar in your private room.
- Each guest will receive a single scoop of Vanilla Bean ice cream.
- Your host will set up and maintain a custom variety of sundae toppings for your guests to enjoy.
- Select up to five: hot fudge, warm caramel, chocolate sauce, peanut butter, fresh strawberry, Spanish peanuts, pecans, chocolate shavings, Bordeaux cherries, sprinkles, crushed Oreos™, whipped cream
- Brownies are available for $2 each

- Each guest will receive three 2 oz. tasting portions of any of our current flavor offerings. Flavor selections are made in advance.

- Your may select either a Birthday Scoop or Cake Party
- Birthday Scoop Party includes: Children may choose a single scoop or junior scoop of any flavor and top with their choice of peanut butter cups, Oreos ™, or sprinkles at the party table. During the party, we will bring out a homemade brownie with the birthday child's name and candle.
- Birthday Cake Party includes: Let us know what cake or pie you would like. We’ll have candles and sprinkles ready for you. Extra cake or pie is yours to take home!
- We'll decorate the tables with balloon bundles, plates, and napkins. Each child will receive an organic drink box. The birthday child will receive a Mitchell's tee as a gift from us!
SELECT YOUR ROOM
Social Room $50 per hour
Best for parties with less than 15 guests. Conveniently located on the first floor to the left of the main entrance, the Social Room is great for small parties, meetings, book clubs, or small gatherings.
Rialto Room $100 per hour (Two-hour minimum)
Accommodates up to 55 seated guests (room capacity is 72). Your guests will enjoy a unique space that overlooks our ice cream kitchen, where we handcraft our ice creams, baked ingredients, toppings, and sauces. This room is ideal for baby or bridal showers, kid or adult birthday parties, community meetings, staff retreats, or corporate receptions.
IT’S PARTY TIME!
- We kindly ask for a minium of two-weeks notice prior to your event and ecourage you to inquire about a specific date as early as possible. Popular days and times book weeks in advance.
- Included in your reservation fee is a dedicated Mitchell’s host who will assist with your event.
- We request a $50 deposit and approved event summary to hold your date on our calendar.
- The deposit is non-refundable if your event is canceled less than 14 days prior to the event date.
- You may use the room for 30 minutes before and after your reservation time at no additional charge.
- Food, beverages, and alcohol are permitted under the terms provided in the Rental Agreement.
- You are welcome to arrange for outside catering and entertainment at your event.
